New Prague Office

Furthering their international reach, The Resort Group have opened an office in Prague for the Czech branch of the Group.

This week saw the official opening presentation of the new Czech office in Prague New Town, with a mixture of agents, clients, investors, business partners and guests in attendance – including the Consul of Cape Verde and the Ambassador of Portugal. The event also welcomed guests from Stadtquartier Vienna, Luxent, Traficon, Alexandria Real, the investor and owner of Castle Berchtold, the owner of Vinselekt, president of the Czech business club, executive of Eurofarms, and the board member and spokesman of Exim tours.

David Dumble, International Sales Director, made a short presentation about The Resort Group PLC to the crowd along with the Consul of Cape Verde, who discussed the Islands, and Pierre-Philippe Möller, who spoke about work of The Resort Group in Central and Eastern Europe.

He will head up the new office, acting as General Manager, along with Lenka Hochmann, Senior Account Manager; Tomas Cervinka, Office Manager; Sandra Neumanova who is the new Account Manager for Poland and Anna Monastyreva, the Account Manager for Russia. It’s a team that has worked with The Resort Group for some time but is now officially part of the Group.

Pierre-Philippe commented “We’re excited to develop The Resort Group CEE into a strong and profitable subsidiary in Europe.”

Having successfully obtained registration of the Resort Development Fund with the Czech National Bank in January 2016, The Resort Group are now able to offer the fund on the Czech market through licensed investment intermediaries in the Czech Republic. It’s a great international step, with the new team looking to encourage business development in Central and Eastern Europe, develop and manage a network of high quality agents and business partners in the region and support new investors and clients when they invest in Cape Verde.
