From CGI to reality at Llana Beach Hotel

There isn’t long to go now until Llana Beach Hotel opens its doors to guests and excitement is building so we’re inviting you take a virtual look inside before you visit.

The all-suite 601 room hotel sits between the two other operational five-star resorts developed by The Resort Group PLC, MELIÃ Tortuga Beach Resort and MELIÃ Dunas Beach Resort & Spa,  and will add to the tourism trade of Cape Verde as the only exclusively adult-only destination on Sal Island.

Expertly designed CGIs give an incredibly accurate depiction of how Llana Beach Hotel will look, with a skilful attention to detail. From the scenic Italian terrace and the exclusive boutique to the glamorous hair salon and our atmospheric outdoor eatery, it’s now easier than ever to imagine.

Take a journey around the hotel with our fly-through video, which travels from the entrance to the beach bar, giving investors and guests a strong idea of what they can expect when they arrive.

For an up-to-date perspective of Llana Beach Hotel as it progresses from above, this latest drone footage gives the perfect birdseye view.

Among the many luxuries on offer, it will include a choice of beautiful pools set amongst lush tropical gardens, a state of the art gym, sophisticated nightclub and the rejuvenating YHI Spa, as well as a variety of six restaurants and five bars. It has also been split into two sections – the first of which will be run by world-renowned hotelier Meliá International, while the second will be a part of the Sensimar brand established by tour operator Thomson.

It’s an exciting development as the popularity of Cape Verde as a holiday destination continues to rise, which in turn increases the demand for luxurious beachfront accommodation, attracting property investors and tourists alike from Europe and beyond. This new hotel and beach club venture will also help the community – creating 500 permanent jobs for local people.
