White Sands Hotel & Spa October Update

Work has carried on with enthusiasm over on the shores of Santa Monica as more of the incredible White Sands Hotel & Spa takes shape. Construction began back in December 2015, and as MELIÃ Dunas Beach Resort & Spa, MELIÃ Llana Beach Resort & Spa and TUI Sensimar Cabo Verde completed and opened to guests, attention turned to our first Resort venture on Boa Vista Island.

White Sands Hotel & Spa is situated on the eastern-most Island of Cape Verde, boasting stunning views from its flawless white sand shoreline. Due to open to guests in early 2019,  there are over 450 workers, including designers, builders, painters, carpenters and plumbers, currently working hard to ensure every part of the complex is constructed to the highest standard.

In the last month, there has been significant progress on the interior of the buildings. The Resort has been designed with elegant specifications and the properties closest to completion stage are already beginning to hint at the beautiful interior design, using only the finest fixtures, furnishings and premium appliances. And as the team get to work on the inside, there are some outdoor parts of the development that already have identifiable areas for the lush gardens and private pools that will add to White Sands Hotel & Spa’s opulent 5-star experience.

The lower half of the development is also showing signs of great progress as the beachfront villas become ever more recognisable. The private gardens and plunge pools are yet to be completed but the views alone show just how luxurious these exclusive villas will be, for investors and guests alike. It is an exciting update and, as construction continues in earnest, we expect to see a great deal more in the coming months.
