White Sands Hotel & Spa Update – July 2017

Santa Monica Beach has certainly seen a transformation in the past few weeks as White Sands Hotel & Spa enters a whole new phase. The newest images from the beautiful Boa Vista beachfront shows development for both the villas that sit nearest to the shore and the stunning hotel suites.

The construction images also show the advanced progress of the entire site and it is an exciting time with all elements really beginning to take shape. In fact, the pools are already started to be installed into the impressive complex with a total of six Resort swimming pools set to feature, all of which will be accompanied by swim-up bars and poolside eateries – the very definition of luxury.

Our experienced construction partners, GRUPO SANJOSE, have employed an average of 480 workers onsite at any given time, ensuring a smooth and efficient process at our first development on Boa Vista Island.  With everything going so well, it’s no surprise that the main hotel block has already been started, forming the striking welcome entrance for holidaymakers, who should start arriving in early 2019. The same goes for the front-facing suites and the commercial properties – the shops and bars that will line the stunning shoreline – such as the café-style piazza area and the world-famous Gabi Club, which features in every Meliá Hotels International Resort.

There couldn’t be a more perfect time for our new CGI images to be released. Allowing our investors to see how their properties will look upon completion, the luxurious rooms are a realistic reminder of the incredible opportunities available.
